Our teams of cleaning technicians have a can-do attitude. They are respectful, professional, eager to please and have a general concern for our clients. Everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done correctly while keeping a smile on their faces the entire time. After undergoing a background check and drug test, everyone is trained on a one on one basis for several months with a Team Coach to perfect their skills. They learn to start behind the door in every room and work their way around the room from top to bottom, while carefully cleaning everything under, on top and behind. The end goal is to clean their way out of every room and try hard not to re-enter the room once it has been cleaned.
